    OH MY ENTIRE GOODNESS

    If you are considering this stop and buy immediately! Best purchase EVER! I started using on a Tuesday not sure if I was doing it right but did use 15 mins a day per the instructions I figured it would take at least a week to “feel” results however just Thursday night after only using 3 days my husband and I had a session I mean a SESSION!!!! I couldn’t believe it a complete COMPLETE game changer!!! And for us ladies who don’t like to insert items inside don’t even be concerned with the size of the balls cuz I honestly thought to myself well my entry maybe a little stretchy cuz the balls seemed a bit big but it will be tight once inside baabbyy some how the entry was tight after only 3 days!!!!!!! I hardly ever write a review but I jus had to! Extremely worth every penny and then some!!!!

    Inexpensive, quality products are a lifesaver!

    I’ve never been “loose” down there even after 3 kids. But I have had the leaking issue when I cough or sneeze that has gotten progressively worse. So I did my research, and bought these. It arrived in indistinct packaging so no one knew what it was, which is great! The cute little package it comes in is adorable, and honestly for the price I was very impressed! It comes in a sleek white box. With a adorable bag , 2 sets of weights, the holder, and some lube. Can we take minute and talk about the lube? It is super great quality. Silly smooth and washed easily. I love the fact that it has no smell. Insertian of the balls is that much easier with the lube. I started using these about an hour or so every day, then worked up to 2 then 3 and kept going until I was able to keep them in even while exercising! There is a definite difference in how I feel. Even my guy is impressed with the changes! Overall this is an excellent product and definitely not a waste of money! No more having to rush to the bathroom after a unexpected sneeze and I no longer have to wear those awful pantiliners!

    Postpartum God Send!

    Alright, first time mom over here. I’ve struggled with bladder control for the past 5 1/2 months (ever since I gave birth to my little angel). I thought I finally had things under control until I started running again and realized all control was gone. I looked up ways to strengthen my pelvic floor and these guys popped up! I have a set of Ben wa balls already (the smaller, heavier ones) and I figured why not use those instead. In the past I had trouble getting my old set out so I figured that they’d do the trick… until they fell out within the first ten seconds no matter how hard I tried. So I bought these bad boys. Packaging was nice and discrete and just the overall appearance was very pleasant. First time I used them I had to try very hard to prevent them from falling out (yes my pelvic floor is that WEAK.. it’s sad). It’s only day 2 so I can’t be sure how well these will truly work in the long run, but I’m already seeing results. They’re subtle results but I’m starting to be able to walk around with them in now and I couldn’t do that yesterday. They say you’ll see results with just 15 minutes a day. I do 30 minutes twice a day and things seem to be headed in the right direction. I will update later on once I’m further in my strength journey!

    Works

    I have 3 boys with the youngest 10 months. I suffered from severe pelvic pain. I tried pelvic floor exercises and therapy but therapy cost too much. I still continued with pelvic floor exercises and that’s how I came across Kegel Balls. I was 50/50 on buying kegel balls but I needed to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles and of course vaginal muscles. LOL. Prior to using these I would try to cut off urination and see if I dribbled or can completely cut off urine. I was dribbling bad, leaking when jumping, coughing, etc. I have used it for 2 days now and have seen a huge difference in “cutting” off my urine. I know you’re not supposed to stop urination midway but that’s how I see how strong my pelvic muscles are. I came not able to hold it to super little dribbling. I only rate 4/5 because it’s only been 2 days and I don’t know if it’s really doing anything for my pelvic pain when I twist wrong.

    Converted a doubter into a believer!

    I’m in my 30’s with 3 kids, the youngest only 4 months old. I can’t do anything without peeing myself and finally came to terms with the need for help. I was so skeptical but the reviews were overwhelmingly positive, so I tried it anyway. The parts fit well in my menstral cup steamer and the whole set is actually very customizable and cute. It fit comfortably (I’ve been told I’m on the small side), was comfortable to move in, and removal was fine too. Boy did I feel results immediately! Next day I’m exhausted, and I mostly just stretched. I’ll update more as I go, but absolutely satisfied so far.Update: Day 6, I can now cough and sneeze without peeing myself and without crossing my legs! This is working much faster than I expected. Still extremely satisfied.

    Amazing

    I work in an adult store and often find products we sell much cheaper online than in store with my discount. I love to try products to give customers my honest insight as not many of my coworkers are as open as I am. This set looked most similar to the set we have in my store and I wanted to know how Kegal balls work. I have had 6 kids and definitely need to work. Absolutely love these made me swollen more which made my husband feel bigger and me feel tighter for him immediately! I didn’t expect results for weeks. A friend and I went out with our husbands and I had these in all night with a tight pair of short shorts and never felt so naught and sexy in my life. I would definitely love to get more toys within my budget to help people online and in store. Who knew at 36 my passion would be learning to discover my body and being an unofficial sex therapist to so many people. I’m in love! Great quality, easy to clean and a new favorite.

    F#*@ing AMAZING

    I’m a first time user of products like these. I was highly impressed with this product. It is extremely soft to the touch and super easy to clean. There is no need to worry about damaging yourself with these. I personally believe it’s also the perfect size for beginners. Packing is beautiful, everything comes nice and neat. It includes a water based lubricant as well as a velvet bag for storage. Also included is a card showing the different weight combinations. They could not make things any easier for getting started. So for the price it’s a great deal. I will update the review in a few weeks to include results!

    For tightness

    I just started using these balls because my boyfriend says I am loose but the balls are hard to put in and feel tight when I put them in … why can’t guys understand that we get wet and looser when turned on? 😭😭😭like dang these balls feel tight as hell in me but its cause I don’t turn myself on before I use them I guess. I am going to continue the use but dang this dude still says my shiii loose and I haven’t had a kid.😣 questioning why I was born this way…… 10/10 tho easy to use with lubrication and i workout with them and they stay in.

    Love them

    To be honest, this is my first set of Kegel Balls and I didn’t know what to expect, I wasn’t disappointed. I went ahead and tested each variation of wear suggested in the exercise program that came with the set. Each variation is easy to insert with a touch of the waterbased lube that comes with it. The first two variations are hardly noticeable at all unless you’re walking. It’s certainly something you want to progress with over time if you’ve never used them before. I was able to insert one in the morning and wear it comfortably all day. The weights on the inside of the balls do jump around creating a slight vibration when you’re walking or moving about. It’s a delightful sensation that reminds you to keep working those muscles. I was concerned that the external loop was going to be uncomfortable, but it’s made out of a super soft silicone. This set is extremely comfortable, and I’m looking forward to working my way through the program they’ve provided with it. Would recommend to anyone!

    works wonders

    My doctor advised these since i have been having some minor health issues. they are super easy to clean and insert and even change the weights in. It has helped my bladder issues (kids ughh), which is why i got them.. so thats great.. but what i didnt realize is that it also helps with sex drive issues. With my manic depression i go thru periods of having no sex drive.. but these things just sit right on your g spot. so all day ( or however long you wear them for) youre walking around kind of on the verge … so i started making a habit of putting them in for the kegal exercises an hour or so before my husband got home so by the time it was time to take them out.. i was ready to jump his bones when he walked thru the door. He has no complaints. lol.

    Not just for moms

    To the reviewer who said this item isn’t really for women who haven’t had children, because it made her feel as if her vagina was stretched out…you weren’t stretched out, dear. You were *tired.* That means it’s working. Remember, your muscles get weaker during any workout; they get stronger during recovery.As a 48yo childless woman, I’ve experienced the annoying problem of peeing a little when sneezing, jumping, etc. This has actually largely resolved since I became sexually active after a long dry spell, which makes sense; if you deliberately tighten up during sex to make it better, you’re basically doing kegels, right? But you can never be too continent (or too good at sex) so I got this thing to keep in shape. After wearing it during my commute, it seems to be getting more and more difficult to keep in place, even though right after I put it in I wasn’t conscious of keeping it in place to begin with. So I think just wearing it is a little vaginal workout. Will continue to work my way up the weights and return to adjust my review up or down when I have more experience.

    Great for beginners / easy to clean / BOYFRIEND-APPROVED

    Definitely recommend for beginners! The lube that comes with it is great too, and a little goes a long way. Super easy to clean afterwards too, I just wash it under warm water and a little bit of foaming hand soap. The pouch it comes with makes it nice and discreet as well, good for if you want to stick it in your bag and take it with you anywhere.I’ve been using these and gradually increasing the weight for only about 2 weeks so far but I’m definitely going to keep up this pace. I got these because I heard that kegel training can help with sensitivity down there, which I’ve been struggling with for a while. I just try to keep them in for about an hour while I do some light house chores and while sitting down and working. It doesn’t feel like I’m actively putting in much effort to keep them in, just occasionally clenching and holding it for 30 seconds at a time.(TMI)I think it did help with my sensitivity a little, but I’ll just have to keep up the training and see if it improves for me beyond this. My boyfriend, however, definitely noticed a difference.We did it 3 times within a few hours yesterday; usually he gets too tired in the middle of the 3rd time to finish. But this time he was REALLY going for it. After he finished, he said, “Yeah, I think the kegels are working, are you trying to make me get you pregnant?!” while sweating and panting. The guy even moaned that he loved me while doing it, and he’s normally not the type to verbalize it. Sheesh. This training had my kitty putting him under a spell lol. I’m excited to see what will happen when I see him next after increasing the weights.

    Great for Newbies & Long time users

    So I’ve used a lot of other kegel sets before, but as I deal with chronic pain. They’d get uncomfortable, and/or normally don’t have any sort of attachment to pull them out with if necessary. However, I’ve been using these for a few months now as I’ve been VERY slowly rebuilding my kegel strength (my chronic pain is a muscular issue). These have been amazing, and a life saver!The balls themselves;Inside the box are small instructions on how to use them, rearrange them, and their weight info as well. They are soft and comfortable, but still solid and well made with a nice little bit of weight to them. I also appreciate the different weight varieties, this is not typically common with these and normally means you’re buying multiple separates that may not even be the same brand. The white attachment that you take the balls out of to clean, is also quite simple.Speaking of which though, these are SUPER easy to clean! Everything is made well, so to take the balls out of the holster to clean everything and put it back to after dry is simple and quick!The lubricant inside;This is water based, as someone with an allergy and sensitive “parts” here. This gave me no reaction, there’s no smell either. I was pleasantly surprised with this actually, as even a few water based lubes have irritated me in the past. However the one inside this kit, is amazing! There’s more than enough inside as well, and a little goes a lonnnggggggg way. And now that I’m mentioning this, I’m going to look into if they sell this lubricant separately since I really do like it so much.Did I also mention this comes with it’s own little bag? There’s a nice purple bag inside with the Adore Me label on it!     Perfect starter set

    This was the first set I ordered. I think it’s perfect as a starter set. It’s easy to clean, easy to use, and lube is perfect. A little goes a long way and no sticky feeling or allergic reaction.I purchased them after having 5 kids and now entering menopause I have a family history of prolapse that I am determined to avoid. I started noticing that I’d leak urine when laughing too hard.Noticed a difference a week into use,( use them everyday for a minimum of an hour or more… personal preference )…I have better urine control and an added benefit of increase in sex drive which I wasn’t expecting? So there’s that… :)The only thing I was missing was the duo tone movement. ( That’s when the weights have inner movements that indicate their position when you move your body )These don’t do anything fancy… these are straightforward pelvic floor weights. They do the job and are a great price. I would definitely recommend to anyone not sure about it… you’re going to reap the benefits from these if you put the effort in.

    Do it! You won’t regret it.

    Okay so Honey listen… Sometimes after having babies, things don’t always go back to “normal”. I mean after all, the kids can do some wearing and tearing on ya girlfriend downstairs. I actually started to wonder if the kid punctured my bladder on the way out 🤔. Before using these, I nearly needed to wear Depends since I couldn’t hold my pee….at all….period. I mean when my body said “I gotta go”, I literally had about 5 seconds to be enroute to a toilet or else (the shame). The good thing about these is that you can alternate the weight. Start low and graduate to a heavier weight. I prefer using them in the shower but also use them while sitting on the toilet. The goal is to be able to hold your pee without leaking and to be able to stop your stream after starting. Easy to insert initially, but after a few uses, SNAPBACKS are in order Honeyyyy! 😁 You have to add a little elbow grease to guide it in after a few uses. And when it’s time for them to come out, there will be RESISTENCE! Just do what they tell you to do to get the womb warriors aka babies out….🗣P U S H! And “wallah” 🪄 Magic! No costly rejuvenation needed. Just a few strong muscles.

    After surgery must

    After any gynecological surgery you should be releasing and retraining your pelvic floor. I didn’t know until 8 surgeries later. Don’t be like me! These work good. I didn’t want to get the bigger ones because in my opinion the little ones are more challenging. And the price is right!

    Big Balls — Not For Women Who Haven’t Given Birth

    Great and well thought out product! However, as a petite woman who hasn’t given birth and is going through a long dry spell, it feels like the weights stretch me out more than they tighten up. It’s almost like they just sit inside without any muscle use. I bought these for fun, but if I was to repurchase something similar I’d buy a set with a range of weights from small to large so there’s more sizing options.

    Worth it

    So far so good. I’ve only been using it a few times so far. It comes with a schedule so I’ll know when to advance the weights. It comes with lube which makes it easy to insert. I use it every morning in the shower and haven’t had any problems with it yet. I was told I have a prolapsed uterus so I’m trying to strengthen my pelvic floor.

    BEST O EVER

    I “thought” I was buying this for my partner’s pleasure. BABYYYYYYYY when I tell you I just had the best O of my life!!!!! I consider myself to be a very open person sexually, and I’ve always run towards the O. But you know that feeling where you can c*& a little more, so you may use a toy twice in a day? This thing drained every last bit out of me!!! I could not possibly cl*max harder than when I used this plus a bullet at the same time! WHY DID NOBODY TELL ME ABOUT THIS?! WHERE WERE MY SISTEERRS?! WHY IS THIS THE O I DIDN’T KNOW I WAS MISSING FOR MY WHOLE 40 YEARS?!!I’ve been doing this wrong my whole life apparently, even though my 1st O was at 19 when I was young, fun and full of….     Silky Comfort

    This product is very nice. The feel of the silicone along with the lubricous jelly made insertion quite pleasing. The information leaflet that came with it gave the weight for each ball as well as which color combination to start and progress with. My first couple of uses I kept thinking that I was losing them only to realize I was not, I was just very aware of the cord. I’ts much larger than any tampon string I have ever used. However by about the 3rd use I no longer felt the need to “catch” them knowing that it was only the cord. I’m anxious to find out if my husband will notice any results but have not had that opportunity yet. I will update this review to include his feedback when i get the chance.

    Okay

    These are okay, i don’t t notice anything different. I kinda dont understand the process of how they supposed to tighten anything. They are a little heavy but i only notice that when i go to the bathroom and i guess its because the way im sitting and then gravity pulling downwards. I just cant keep them past a week. Its annoying having something up “there” 24/7 & yes sometimes the first ball tends to start sliding out a little

    Great affordable kegal balls

    I had similar more expensive kegel balls before, but somehow my dog found them in my nightstand and goodbye original set. These are very similar in that they have different weights and you can customize the weight you use. I like that aspect a lot. They seem a little bit bigger and the silicon part is thicker than what I used previously but none of these really seem to matter. I like the feel so far, if there was one thing I think is different from my older set is that the weights are a solid weight, my last ones seemed to be a weight surrounded by plastic so that the weights sifted a bit more. But overall the price was right and these work perfectly.

    These Balls Are Big!!

    They are weighted but too big for me. I had a hard time getting them in & one got stuck. Omg, thought I was never going to get it out. Definitely need smaller ones for my body. 😩 I think that these are great for some but waste of money for me.

    I think these are amazing. The look and quality are great; they even come with pretty awesome lube AND a velvet pouch for only $13 so I toooootally think it’s worth the price. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because I’m not sure if I have a vagina of steel or what but I started off with the recommended weight amount and I couldn’t feel anything…same for the next level up… So I’m not sure but I will say the item itself is superb!

    I haven’t been able to use them but once or twice. I forget I have them. So not sure if they truly do the job. But they are come in nice little box with a little draw string bag to store them in. They have been very easy to wash for the couple times I have used. Seems once I start to use them like I should they just may work for what I want them to. Oh the instructions are a little confusing. And maybe some illustrations with the instructions might help those who have never used this product before. To insure they are being used correctly.

    Great product!

    First and foremost the item is great quality. I love the little bag that comes with it. I love the lube that comes with this set. It’s better then any high dollar lube I have ever bought. The only down side is I wish they had more info on the card they provided about how to use. The basic directions are great my issues is what to do when you feel like there not working….like the first two balls when inserted dont feel hard to keep in at all. Is that normal? Do I move up a size in the weight? All and all though great product I would reccomend and buy again.

    Makes you really tight

    This product is awesome I used it to tighten it up down there and it works after a week of consistently using them I went up on weights after about a week noticing that it was working. Try not to leave them in too long, I used it while taking shower and doing errands after an hour it’s good to take them out

     Recently I’d been having some bladder issues that were concerning me and I’ve heard strengthening your pelvic floor can give you greater control. So I was so excited to get this set that had weights assigned to a training regimen. I popped them in and went on an errand as a quick test. At first I didn’t even notice them. But after 20 mins had gone by, whhhoooaaa! I immediately had to rush home and take them out. Laughing made me very aware of myself let’s just say! Not only did it feel good but it REALLY felt good. I ended up having a very intense orgasm and I think these balls had a huge part in it. I’m really excited to flex these new muscles as they get toned lol.

     so let’s start off with my favorite parts of the package… the velvet carrier/pouch AND the lube! more toy companies need to provide BOTH carrier/pouch AND lube! I feel they are so essential and love that the kegel balls came with both💓so I’ve never used kegel balls and was wondering how to use them. google definitely helps but I LOVE how it came with instructions in the box as well! I didn’t even really need google because the instructions included are pretty self explanatory. love that it shows how much each ball weighs as well because it can be kinda intimidating lol. I’ve been using them since I got them four days ago and me and my man have DEFINITELY noticed a difference in my tightness 😉 these have also helped w the slight bladder problems I have so I can imagine they’d really help if you have worse bladder problems!     Fixed my bladder leaks!

    These come in a nice, discreet box that makes for a good place to store them. There’s different weights so you can “graduate” to the next size as you train your muscles. Small enough for a comfortable insertion into tighter spaces yet shaped right for all sizes to have no concerns of loss. The feel is great, a nice silicone. I often have vaginal skin sensitivity and have to be real careful, but these give no irritation at all. Do use a silicone safe toy soap for cleaning. Otherwise, the outer might come loose of the inners. This is a really nice set for beginners or veterans 🙂 oh, and they work great. I went from a hyper-toned pelvic floor leading to some urinary incontinence, to a relaxed pelvic floor that remains strong, and no incontinence, all because of these little guys!

    Very comfortable

    Exactly as depicted and described, these are so comfortable I forget I am using them and when I take them out at the end of the day I can feel the difference in strength down there😅 also comes with water based lube so that is excellent! Easy to clean and maneuver!

    Love them!

    These are great! I’ve been using them to help tighten my muscles, especially for my weak bladder. I’ve seriously noticed a change after the second use! My bladder is stronger, and I feel more confident with myself.Also, the balls stay in very well, but kind of sling shot out when you go to take them out. Really awkward and a little gross 😬Now, the downside is the lighter weighted balls feel too light. I haven’t used kegel items before, but I’ve also never had kids. I have to use the heavier balls to feel any improvement.

    This works

    Ok ladies! These have been around for a long time. I was nervous the first time using them but it is easy and painless. I started feeling results after the 2nd time. I use them for 4-6 hours. Wash them before and after each use. Wash your hands before inserting them and after removal. The muscles that are activated are like any other muscles; they need to be challenged. Your body is using the pelvic floor muscles to hold them in place. The muscles are holding them against gravity. Over time the strength will increase. Muscles strengthen quickly. Keep going & remember you are doing this to help your body.

    Was disappointing

    I bought these in hopes of obviously, ya know, tightening up my nether regions for more pleasure during sexy times and to gain a better grip on anything i need to hold up (tampon, diva cup, boyfriends pe-.. you get the idea). I went straight to the heaviest two balls in the kit when it arrived because after handling them I could already tell they weren’t going to be enough. The silicone is nice and smooth and they were pretty easy to insert. There was a little resistance but not too much, So I inserted them and then walked around for a couple of hours with them in. Now I’m not sure if I’m just a big dum-dum or if these even did anything, because I completely forgot they were even in.Now I’m sure for some ladies these are perfect (after childbirth, menopause,etc) but I just didn’t gain anything out of them and was rather sad because I was seriously looking forward to strengthening my hoo-ha to become a vice grip.:(

    These silky soft balls are magical!!!

    After having 2 kids, I struggled with the dribbles when coughing or sneezing…or squatting down or laughing. Ok who am I kidding its all the time! Haha I wanted to find something to help, so I researched kegel balls and came across these. I thought what the heck I’ll give it a try. It can only help, especially in my sex life! The packaging it came in was very discreet. I was impressed with how thought out the packaging and inserts were. I was surprised it even came with a little tube of KY! I started using them a few weeks ago and I’m not sure if it’s the balls hitting my g-spot but I’m constantly horny now! The balls are so soft and silky! I’ve noticed my leaks have slowed tremendously and my husband notices a difference also! 😉

    TIGHT KITTY

    I can say that after using this product for at least five days it has tightened my kitty cat. My partner noticed the tightness in my kitty just after using it for the first two days and he is really encouraging me to continue to use it because he says that each day it helps get a little tighter and it feels so good when the kitty is squeezing on Peter downstairs.

    I Highly Recommend

    I decided to buy this product because I’m one of those women who could not orgasm during sex and I read online strengthening the muscles down there would help. All I have to say on that point is thank God for the internet! The package it comes in is cute and discrete. I quickly learned, without reading the instructions, that insertion of the weight is painful without the lubricant. The lubricant is better than most I’ve tried, not at all sticky. The string hangs out like a tampon so it isn’t bothersome. Sometimes I go about my day with the product in me. I was also pleased that it comes with heavier weights, so I can continue to strengthen my muscles over time. And it also comes with a nice purple bag to store them in.

    SUPER COOL.

    I wish I could remember to use them more. But these things are legit. I’ve worn them in the shower and on outings. You don’t even notice them really at all. I wouldn’t keep them in SUPER long cuz after the long outing it was a little uncomfortable. But I would definitely recommend

    The first set is definitely for beginners because I’ve never used these before and they we’re way too easy to hold in all day, so I’m going up to the second set today after I shower.. they’re made well and come as a cute set, very comfortable when you’re wearing them, and I LOVE this lubricant. It doesn’t smell like clumped candy and it feels so gentle. They feel really good going in, too.. I cleaned my house and watched TV in them all day and took my kids outside to play with zero problems or slips haha we will see what happens with the second set

    I love these! I’ve been looking for comfortable kegel balls to wear just during the day as well as during a workout and dancing. These are it! With 4 different colored balls, and a combination of different weights (listed as a handy little schedule on a card in the box) you can build up those muscles. The silicone holder for the weights is stable and secure. It also comes with a pretty purple travel bag!! Highly recommend!

    Absolutely works!

    Has taken me awhile to be able to use this product consistently due to some ongoing medical issues. Since using the kegel weights consistently I can definitely tell a difference in muscle constriction and tightness. Well worth it!!

    Improved pelvic floor strengthening

    I really like this so far. I bought this because I used to be able to do kegals no problem with nothing inserted and feel the muscles contract, but when I was doing them recently, everything in that area was trying to contract with (primarily my anus lol). I put these in and at first wasn’t sure if it was worth the purchase, but towards the end of my 30 minutes for the day I could tell the control I had with my pelvic floor and even had some light arousal. I’m looking forward to advancing with the other weights as directed!

    It works!

    It definitely is working, I started on the heaviest option and I can definitely say that the muscle fatigue is real! I only use it for once a week for about an hour while working out or watching tv. I will say it’s a little hard to get in sometime cause I don’t like to use the lube that comes with it, definitely would recommend to my girls though!

    Great Kegel Weights!

    These kegel balls are really nice! Very well made and easy to clean. They come with a nice velvet bag to keep them in. They also came with instructions on how to use them and how to progress through the weights as you get more used to them. My biggest advice for ladies using these is start off slow! You may think it won’t be difficult so you can use the heavy weights and go for a jog, but that will definitely be too much for a beginner to handle.

    Nice kegel balls/weights

    I’m totally new with kegel balls/weights these look like really nice Quality really nice lubricant came with it. Came with very basic instructions wouldn’t have mind a detailed exercise guide . I have had them for a week now and I cant keep them in when I’m standing up but that is way I got them have given birth to 5 kids so that’s the reason why I got them I really hope these will help me tighten my pelvis muscles will update in a month or so 🏋️‍♂️🤞

    Great Product

    I personally really enjoyed trying this product out. I was consistently surprised how my strength improved over time. I bought this product in hopes that it might help with any minor urinary incontinence. This has improved my life so much. I no longer have to head to the nearest restroom but can now wait until i’m home or wherever i’m headed. The packaging is great, and it is easy to clean. I think the intro size is perfect for using them for the first time. 10/10 would recommend.

    Ouch!

    These were the only balls I could find that were for Keigle exercises and not for hand strengthening. The silicone is ok, not the natural material I wanted but I decided to try them. Even with the lube they are uncomfortable. The pull tab is most likely going to show if I actually wear them with anything but a dress or jeans. The little “holder” is scratchy and irritating. Instead of feeling iike I worked my vaginal muscles after removal, I feel scratched and uncomfortable. I am 65 and wanted to try these balls before the the leakage happened without coughing or sneezing.

    They REALLY work!

    After 3 children and a failed bladder tack, I’ve been experiencing slight incontinence for many years now. I came across these and decided to give them a try. I’ve been following the directions to a t and after only using for 2 wks I noticed a difference. After using for 6 wks I’m not using pad for the first time in 15yrs! And no, no one has paid me or given me anything. I swear by these little balls, they are the best thing that’s happened to me in a long time!

    Great quality

    I have never tried a product like this before, but went with this one because of the positive reviews. They didn’t lead me wrong. It came in a discrete box. The balls are covered in silicone and the holder is also silicone. It comes with a water based lube as well. The product is made with high quality. The weighted balls fit snuggly in the holder which brings piece of mind as I was worried of losing one in me. It is easy to use and comes with guidelines of increasing the weight.

    I’m excited about this product!

    I’m excited about this product and strengthening my pelvic floor. It took a little maneuvering to get it into place, but it should be pretty easy going forward and it’s nice that it comes with a little lube to get you started. I also like that is contains varying weights to use as you progress. There’s a part that sticks out so you won’t “lose” anything accidentally. This is my first kegel exercise product, so I’m very much a beginner, but it seems like I’m off to a good start!

    The only set you’ll need.

    If you’ve had children, you know what it’s like to pee when you sneeze or bend down. This helps with Kegel exercises. With other beginner sets, the balls are very light. When you graduate to heavier weights, it’s hard to find them separately. I purchased this set specifically for the heaviest weight. I wish I would’ve started out with this set from the beginning. It’s actually cheaper than the lighter beginner sets. They’re easy to clean. Very soft. That’ll only make sense when you touch them. I highly recommend these.

    Not what I expected

    I had to go to YouTube for instructions. For those who have never used these things before, real instructions should be included because if you don’t do it right then it’s pointless. Those reviews are from pros it seems and aren’t for beginners. Not only that mine slipped out. I haven’t had sex in seven years so I was definitely tight but they slipped anyway. I had to switch to a heavier weight the first time so then the so called training manual was pointless. It was supposed to be a birthday present but I could’ve kept my money instead. Very disappointed ☹️

    I have had this exercise kit for a while. When I remember to use it, it is effective for strengthening my pelvic floor muscles and adding control to mild-moderate bladder issues. The exercise balls are easy to use, the right size, and easy to clean. They help with focusing on the correct muscle contraction and are a reminder to flex those muscles.

    Not for those with small vag’s!

    So I wanted to love these but they are too big for me. They are hard to insert and then stayed very firmly “put” with zero effort from me at any point. I never thought I had a small vag but apparently I do. I’ll keep looking for smaller ones I guess

    Good quality product

    I had never used a product like this before, But I have had the leaking issue when I cough or sneeze that has gotten progressively worse since I’ve had a kid. So I did my research, and bought these. It arrived in descreet packaging which is great! The packaging was very cute and honestly for the price I was impressed with the quality of the product. I have not had a chance to use them yet but from previous reviews im sure it wont dissapoint.
