Box was opened when it arrived. The strap comes disassembled, in several different pieces, with zero instructions on how to assemble. My partner and I spent over an hour trying to assemble it, with no success. The vibrator works, but there’s no point in buying this if your partner can’t wear it. Amazon also won’t let us return it even though it’s never been used, simply because we opened the box. A complete waste of $65.
