    I received this very quickly. The collar is made of velour I believe, soft like velvet but more durable. The straps, the one down the back from the collar and on the wrist cuffs, are all adjustable to your liking. All Velcro closures in case you need to undo them in a hurry. Comfortable when they are on with no irritation to the skin. The cuffs connect with plastic snap-in buckles. Overall, nice set! If I would change anything, it might be buckle connections from the snap-in plastic to maybe a metal clasp, but it is great as is! Lots of fun! Would definitely recommend!
