I saw a lot of reviews saying that the clips break easily. They do seem a bit frail but you just have to be careful opening them like you would with any regular garter belt. Very pretty and added a nice sexy touch to my halloween costume. I also have thick thighs and these fit pretty well

Unlike most of the fancier garter belts I have owned, this is superior. Stays up when worn just below the waist and the clips are easy to open and close and I love the metal suspender look. The adjustble length of the and height make it comfortable and able to wear with almost any length of hosiery. Would have appreciated instructions on how to open the metal covering to open them, but just kept lightly pulling in different ways until I figured it out. I was afraid after reading other reviews they might break before I figured out to open the metal with my thumb nail from the side of the top metal instead of the end. Love these.

This has become my go-to garterbelt! It is really nice quality and very sturdy. It adjusts to a really wide range of sizes both around the waist and in the length of the leg clips. The clasps for your stockings are a nice soft rubbery material and have so far been pretty gentle on my stockings. I also like that it’s so neutral and classic. A+: a nice starter garter that you’ll use for a long time.

Bought this garter to hold up surgical stockings that I was required to wear for 4 weeks (!) after hip replacement surgery. The goal was to keep the stockings from slipping down when I walked around. The garter performed admirably.

Love this! Keeps my thigh high boots up all night! I cannot believe it didn’t occur to me to try this sooner. I’m 5″10 and this was def long enough to reach the boots. I think it’s cute to see the straps holding the boots up too when I wear a skirt or dress. Make sure you’re getting the one with the suspender/metal clips though.

I bought this to wear with some fleece-lined stockings that were too thick for my normal cutesy garter belts. I needed something more heavy-duty that could grip the thick fleece so my tights stopped sliding down. This did the trick. It’s got an amazing hold.

I’ve been able to use this to hold up knee socks, but also my knee high boots that never stay up and have even been able to use it to hike up a long skirt i already owned for a renaissance fair costume. It’s not the highest quality of materials, but for the price it’s pretty useful and has a decently low profile, even under tight dresses. I will say, for those of us who are on the tall end (i’m 5’10”) — you will probably have to extend these as long as they possibly go to get the best use from them. Overall it’s becoming one of the most useful garments i own.

Yes, I’m standing on a chair in my bathroom. I don’t have a full length mirror. I’m also short, so you can’t see anything below my hips in the mirror without the chair. Anyway, I was skeptical about getting these at first, then finally got the courage to buy them. Don’t regret it! I love these. I don’t have to keep pulling the socks up anymore. I do a lot if cosplaying as OCs I make. So these helped with that too! It also pulled the cosplays together as well. The outfit I’m wearing isn’t part of one. These are amazing!
