    There is a technique to using devices like this, and with practice any user will appreciate the gains achieved through prolonged usage. The device does not come with instructions, so the user must be careful not to over use or improperly use this item. the seal around the base is natural and at least for my device, I noticed that the pump must stay attached in order to maintain the suction. Once the desired pump is achieved, the user will need to periodically apply 2-3 pumps at varied intervals. The gauge on the pump is great for this, as it provides a reference for the amount of constant pressure applied.Many physicians have criticized this type of device (even though it can actually be obtained medically), and most will say that the results are temporary; I can only report my personal results, and I have noticed (especially when flaccid) prolonged growth, and I have also noticed that with each exercise the cylinder fills quicker. Lubricant should be used with the device to avoid chaffing and skin tearing. I use an oil base lubricant which allows for the elasticity of the skin to accommodate the increase in growth. Add a ring to help prolong the flow, and you will be amazed with your results. Each person must figure out their exercise time and regimen, but once you get your technique down, just like going to the gym, this exercise will become second nature.All of that said, I am happy with my results…And I haven’t had a single complaint from my love, who is truly enjoying the “improved me”.

    This brand cylinder is a very high quality product. and works as designed, One thing to remember is that these cylinders won’t work unless you purchase the Size matters pump as well…. the top of the cylinder has a special fitting that works with the pump, the fittings are female on the cylinders and male on the pump with an “0”ring on it,, once inserted into each other they lock on.and form a tight seal to avoid any leakage at all, Once you have the proper amount of vacuume for yourself, you can disconnect the hose, and will not loose the vacuume.. If you get too much vacuume you can release some by pushing up on small pin on pump. You can also remove the fitting from the top of the cylinder for cleaning of the cylinder,it also has an “0” ring to seal the fitting to the cylinder. I would highly recommend this product to everyone .

    For those curious about the coupler: It’s removable/replaceable (not glued in place). It’s got a metric M10-1.0 thread, which screws directly into threads that have been tapped into the acrylic cylinder, with the seal maintained by a single 10mm ID o-ring between the exterior of the cylinder and the body of the coupler.If you want to reuse the coupler for a DIY pumping device, you’ll need to tap the appropriate threads or purchase an M10.10 nut (which will likely be driven by a 15mm socket).By the time you’re likely to need to replace the coupler, you’ll probably be bored with this toy and looking for a larger cylinder anyway. (Look into the Bullmaster line.)

    Great cylinder for the price. Have not had any problems with suction or seal yet. I did however discover where to by the heavy duty hand pump for a lot less than any place i’ve seen on the net. Go to Harbor Freight and buy their brake bleeding kit w/ vac pump! It’s the same thing as the over priced ones you see all over the net, plus, it comes with two long hoses and various tips plus a two way splitter. With their coupons everywhere I bought it for $24. With a 20% off coupon it came in under $19. Harbor Freights are all over the place plus if you have any issue there is a one year warranty on it. A lot better than the squeeze bulbs

    I go from 8″ to 11.5″ after 30 minutes. Great way to spice it up. Effects are not long term but with a ring on it lasts most of the night. Also delivers explosive money shots.

    This is a pretty good cylinder. It does what it’s intended to do. This cylinder has more comfort than others and seals better also.

    Bought this cuz I maxed out my other. I start with the other fill it then move to this size and gets even bigger. Makes it huge. Not permanent but long story short I barely get it in my gf when it’s swelled up. Sex feels great after. For both of us. Quite a bit too big for her even.

    It will not be fair by me to rate this item because it will not be used for it’s intended design. It’s use will be to test a limited vacuum experiment that might possibly not work, but would not reflect the products capability to accomplish it’s intended use. Sorry I can’t be of more help.
