Excellent for PE and adds something new. Very specific instructions on how I found best to use.I have great days and bad days with PE. Sometimes everything works right and other times I am just way over sensitive which ends things a bit quick. This sleeve is a great way to ensure I stay for the whole game and even overtime. There are great tiny ribs on the saft similar to ribbed condoms as well as some nicely placed veins to give some added sensation to the G-spot.Three sizes is nice but I needed the larger of the three. The insertable length says 6.5 but I am 7.25. So I bought it not knowing if it was really going to fit. But use as I explain below it stretches down my entire shaft. I like that there is not much added length (not an “extender” adding 1”,2” or 3” to your shaft) only what looks like a ½” or so as my wife is only 5’2” and I already fill what is needed for great intercourse. The shaft width is great and conforms to you. Others have said it is too tight but I think it is great. I am a circumference of 5 ¼ at the head and 5 ½ at the shaft and this brings me up to just about 6.The material is malleable and fits me just fine assuming you use it the same way I do. I would choose a lube that is water based and very liquid, I have used Astroglide liquid water and it seems to do the trick nicely. I have not had any complaints from the wife about problems with “drying out”. From past experience with lube in general I would stay away from thicker water based gels totally away from silicone lubes as well.My review comes from my preferred use of the sleeve. I am not interested in “me” slipping up and down inside of this sleeve while the device stays stationary as my wife clamps down on it. If this was the case she isn’t going to get much stimulation at all. Some users of this sleeve lube the inside of the unit to get themselves into there but not me. So the only way this works for me is the following:Goal: Put this thing on my part where it does not move on me at all. I found this is the most realistic and enjoyable use for both parties. This takes me all of 1 ½ minutes +/-.1. With the unit clean and dry fold the unit inside out so that the shaft piece is now just over the head (folded in half with the inside now on the outside).2. Make a space between the head and the folded shaft and put in a fair bit of lube between what is the OUTSIDE of the shaft. (The actual inside will be facing out but we are lubing just the OUTSIDE that is folded together. )3. Put your finger down into the same gap space as the lube and lubricate all the area between the head and the length of the outer shaft (that is folded together). There should be NO lube on any part of the inside of the sleeve( the part that is going to be touching your member), only on what will be the outside when it is in place.4. Now well lubed and easy to slide on itself continue to fold the shaft back until the entire unit is nearly inside out and only just the inside of the head is visible and easy to get your tip into. Place a very small amount of lube into the ½” or so left of the cavity of the head and a little ity bit on your member. NOT MUCH. The reason for this is you Do not want it to be slipping up and down on you. This small amount of lube is just to help you get that air tight fit of your tip into the unit.5. With the alignment of the unit correct (top of the sleeve facing the correct way),press yourself into the tip taking care to get any air out as possible.6. With holding your skin on your shaft back and tight, take and begin to press the unit towards your body and the extender will begin to roll tightly over your shaft. If you didn’t use enough lube on step 2 it may bind and not slide over you easily. Continue until it is fully wrapped down to your shaft.7. You should now be wrapped tightly in the sleeve and it is bound to your shaft. Now when you are going at it all motion is transferred to your partner and your not swimming up and down inside of the sleeve. Your also lubed and ready to go on the outside. I do usually add lube to both parties as a little foreplay to ensure even lubrication.There you have it, a sleeve that acts like a sleeve and a wife that is going to very happy with the results. Works great and easier to put on than I first thought. Simply get the outside slightly moist with lube or saliva, not too much so it’s not too slippery to hold on to while turning it inside out, keeping the inside dry which is important so it stays in place while having sex. After it’s inside out insert your penis head and pull sleeve down over entire penis.One question my wife had was it gonna make my penis larger as it’s already quite large and she was worried and told me she wasn’t sure if she could take any more than me the way I was. The first time I put it on I noticed it actually squeezed down my size so with it on I stayed the same just a tad longer so read this to the women afraid to give it a try.I think everyone will know what to do next so let’s keep it simple and have some fun!

I was very skeptical about the product but once it arrived and I got to use it, I completely changed my mind. Both my girl as well me were very happy with the sleeves. They are soft, easy to use, depending on your size the suction may be different but for me it worked great. I found the small size to be a bit small for me but the medium fits well. Do not hesitate, it’s worth a try. If you are a male and you will be wearing it to spice up your relationship, go for it. It is worth every penny and this is actually a very good deal comparing it to different brands. Much recommended 🙂

** update to the earlier review ** I’m changing the rating because the supplier of the sleeves has gone out of their way to rectify the issue despite the purchase date being five months out. At the very least I can say that if you do end up having an issue with the product then the supplier will make things right. Excellent customer service.**old review** So I purchased this product about five months ago. Recently, the area I live in has been seeing temperatures in the mid 90’s (farenheit). The temperatures were high enough to cause these things to start melting inside the drawer where they’re kept – along with other things. Luckily, I was able to remove the… residue… from the other products in the drawer but the sleeve extenders themselves were no longer usable and have found their way to the trash can.I would have expected the product to keep shape through a normal temperature range.

This is such an intimate subject, but I want people to know how great this product works as a replacement for condomns, and for men that want to last longer. The material is so soft, you can barely tell he has it on, it is thin enough that it warms up almost to your own body temperature, which is so nice for the woman on entry, wonderful improvement from the many we have tried which kill the mood with how cold and harsh of a material they use. It’s thick enough that it helps desensitize in a balanced manor, not completely numbing, but not overstimulating either. Personally we don’t worry about the extra length so much, because it doesn’t take extensive length to penetrate the G-spot, just patience, good communication and practice.
