I got this one as an upgrade to one of the less expensive ones. Those are more of an introduction, while this one can seriously deliver the goods. Having tried both, I will tell you where this one stands out.Stroke length and power: Whereas the cheap ones have a very limited stroke length, this one is a much more natural 3.5 inches. This one has a strong 70 watt motor. Where this really comes into play is not for the high speeds as much as the lower speeds. The cheap ~25-watt ones stall out easily at lower speeds while this one can still deliver enough power. The best part is that this one’s adjustable, so that if you need it to be even stronger at lower speeds, or if you just want less of a thrashing and more of a vibe, you can trade off some of the stroke distance by shortening the radius of the actuator. Mine came assembled at 100% radius, and I dialed it back to about 80%.Build quality: This weighs in at 9 pounds for the base and motor assembly without any attachments. The posts are solid metal with good rubber feet. The toolless quick adjust clamps allow you to easily change the mounting post lengths to adjust the angle. Most of the parts are metal or higher-grade plastic. All of the bolts were tight and properly adjusted when I received it.Attachments: The attachments are the “quick air” type which basically is the same type of fitting that you would see on an air tool compressor. If you are a DIY type, you can find these fittings at any hardware store to make your own creations, or buy some of the ones that are sold separately. This set comes with one realistic sized dildo with the quick air connector. It also comes with another dildo that’s slightly larger and ribbed. This second one attaches with a suction cup to the included adapter plate which interfaces it to the quick air connection. The adapter plate measures about 3.9 inches which will accommodate many standard toys that you may already have. I had a couple of larger ones which didn’t fit quite as well, but there are 12cm/4.7 inch adapter plates available for purchase separately. I do sort of wish that this had come with more attachments, but I do like that I can use my own.The remote: This comes with a wireless remote that takes an odd 23A 12-volt alkaline battery that I’ve never seen before, but they’re available online. It would probably be wise to have a spare as there are NO MANUAL CONTROLS for this machine. If you can’t find the remote, you’re not going to have much fun. The remote has a telescoping antenna, but I left it in the collapsed position as these tend to get broken. It was just fine for the distances I was using. Perhaps if you hand the controls over to someone else in the room, they might need the added antenna length. The machine itself is relatively quiet, but there’s a fairly loud beep any time you power up/down or change program modes.The settings: This machine has a high-pitched noise of the PCM motor controller, similar to what you might hear with an electric drill. This is where the magic happens. You can choose from multiple speeds of a basic reciprocating pattern. Once you think you have that under control, you can graduate to one of the various “program” patterns. There are 18 programs to choose from which modulate the speed from fast to slow much like a real person might, and in other ways that a human can’t. A few of the settings are a bit jerky in their modulation, giving a shuddering effect. These special program modes are not adjustable intensity, unless you manually shorten or lengthen the radius as described earlier.The experience:When you have this set up to the right height and position, you’re in for a real treat. Keep tabs on your lube so that it doesn’t dry out, as it’s easy to get swept away in the moment. Don’t exceed your limits, and start slow with this machine.If this one’s within your budget I would recommend that you don’t throw away your money on the cheaper ones. This one costs a bit more, but it truly earns the “Premium” in the name. I find it to be vastly superior in every way than the cheaper one I have: more power, more depth, more mass, more fun.
