The strap is a little shorter than I’d like, but it’s made of tough, stretchy silicone, so you can make it really tight. I like a tight strap on a gag because it keeps me from pushing it out of my mouth. Add a posture collar and restraints, and this gag isn’t going anywhere.

I really liked this for a beginners ball gag… I had purchased the 1.5” pink and black one, the price is great for the quality of the item. It’s soft and comfy. My mouth is pretty small and it fit great in it, so if you have a smaller mouth I recommend the smallest one.

The 1.9 inch ball becomes quite painful to use, thus is only for devoted pain sluts. It is quite easy to breath. And the device is dishwasher safe silicone, unlike those filthy ball on strap devices.
