This is my new biggest toy now. I dont think I was aware how big it would be. It is not soft per se, but it does have a give to it. It bends freely and is forgiving in that respect. I walked around the house with it sticking it to stuff and the suction is pretty crazy. It will stick to almost any flat surface. I tried sticking it to dry wall and to a door. It stuck to both of those. I have a metal bar stool with like a vinyl fabric on it and it picked up the bar stool easily. I was more worried it would pull the mirror off the wall than worried it would fall. The suction cup JUST WORKS.Like others have said, it had a strange chemical smell, but it just smells like rubber to me. Like a rubber or vinyl toy figure. Its weird.
