    There are a few things to know about this. The instructions are a bit limited. There are however many guides and videos online for proper instruction. The construction materials are surprisingly good quality. The plastic is smooth without any sharp edges.The strap does need to go in the correct direction, which is indicated with an arrow embossed on the top of it. The pictorial instruction does not mention the use of the foam pad, but it is advisable to use it as the strap can pull skin under it and cause discomfort or even make it difficult to loosen it without causing pain. The lower setting screws are rotated in a reverse direction, and the adjusting traction bars move in a standard screw rotation. It does take practice to adjust this just right and can be worn under clothes. The adjustment also allows one side to stretch in a farther direction to help correct curvature. I was pleased by the fit and function and would recommend a try of this as an alternative to more permanent and invasive methods.

    I’m kidding, but seriously. Use with caution. Read the instructions. Low and slow. Might make you a bit bigger while erect, but the main purpose is to make you bigger while flacid. I’m happy with my own while erect but when I’m not, it’s kinda sad looking. Haven’t gained a lot in that department, but I have a bit. Will it last if I stop using the device? Difficult to say. Simple enough to put on before bed, so I’ll keep doing it. Plenty of research on Google if you’re on the fence. For me? I’m satisfied thus far. Keep it low (tension) and slow. Don’t tear muscles and blood vessels.

    Honestly when I ordered this I didn’t expect much as it seems like something that would be ordered as a joke more than anything else but this is completely serious.The device itself has good build quality. Nothing is flimsy or falling apart. There are multiple options for different ways to set it up. The instructions are pretty thorough and in good English. There’s even a warranty card!No idea on effectiveness as it says it can take months of consistent use.
