I bought this as a solo BDSM toy with limited expectations. What a fun thing! It shipped on time, arrived discreet and works well. It is tough at first to get a good seal on the base, but that seems to be a user issue as opposed to a product issue. With a little practice, it seems to work well. I am already above average in size, so this is the minimum size. I am sure that everyone wants to know if gains are permanent. I think that is too early to tell, but it is definitely fuller girth wise after pumping. I use have a slight curve to the left, but after pumping it seems to be straighter. Even if it lasts for a few days, I will be happy. I do plan to upgrade to one with a pressure gauge so I can be a little more scientific.

Will confirm that parts are interchangable. This hose doesn’t fit the vac-loc style cylinders but, the handle switches out perfectly. This cylinder is great for girth. I use this cylinder, then the 1.75.
