The seller was more than willing to work with me on this when it was found that they were out of guages. Since I am blind, the guage would have been nothing more than a useless spare part anyway. So, they threw in some extra sleeves. I mistakenly reviewed those as this (search me and see what Isaid).anyway, nice unit, great suction and it fits just snug enough at the base to keep from sucking in the ballsack. Given my size, this unit was just barely large enough to accomodate me (I am also pretty long there too). btw, that is my only gripe: this unit is barely long enough to handle me.
