I went ahead and looked at the reviews and saw people saying to order a size up so I ordered a medium when I usually order a small (5’5 /110 lbs). I don’t have problems with my upper belly, I would just like to get rid of my C-section shelf. I found that they don’t hold or support my belly like I thought they would and they’re a few centimeters to big around the top of the underwear. They don’t show through my scrubs and they offer a support (I’m used to wearing a girdle or body suits to squish my C-section shelf).

These songs are very lightweight yet very supportive and have a reinforcing band that helps to prevent rolling up. They are very smooth very comfortable to wear and do not irritate the sensitive areas. You seem a little rubbery but they are probably ideal for working out for active use.

Amazon recommended a large but I went with the extra large and they are amazing. I am bloated right now after drinking a lot of alcohol so that kinda makes a muffin top but not really I’m loving the support on the lower belly, I’m wearing some sexy booty shorts witch thank god it’s a thong and then a tee shirt and it helps so much.

Unfortunately they’re extremely loose at the top so I just ordered the small. I’m not super hippy/curvy, so maybe the other reviewers have a different body type than me.
