It creates a gentle warming sensation, doesn’t taste half bad and can be used for intimate massages or any other use you can think up. It’s kind of hard to review this product. It does what it advertises. It’s not thick or thick feeling. If you are older, it definitely helps and it advertises a bit of heat and it is not too much or overwhelming. I’ve tried some others but we prefer KY.
