These boots arrived exactly as portrayed in the pictures. Very well packaged and good quality. I love that there is a zipper closure up the calf – super easy to get on. I bought these for a Halloween costume but they are so sassy and sort-of-industrial-looking that I will wear them for more than just one night! There is definitely a slightly creaky, “new” patent leather sound when I walk in them but I can live with that. I normally wear a size 9 in shoes, but I went on a hunch and ordered a size 10, and they fit PERFECTLY! If I went with a size 9 they would be too small.

Super cute, very fun and decently comfy for the style. I wish the thigh ran a little tighter as I am petite and they don’t fit *quite* as snug as I’d prefer, but overall they are great. I also in hindsight wish it had black hooks. I have wanted to wear them a few times where they bright silver was off with other clothing items that also have metal on them in a different finish. No big deal.

I’m a long time Ellie customer. They shoes and boots are always comfortable, always the right fit, and always look great! I only purchase faux leather and man made materials. They hold up for years, the same as leather, through dancing hard and general wear. These boots live up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Ellie over the past 10 years.

Fit perfectly around my 15″ calves. I workout all the time and have a hard time finding boots that fit correctly. Wore these with my Harley Quinn Halloween costume and everyone LOVED the boots. I found them easy to walk in. The only issue was that two of the eyelets were missing. I paid a boot repair shop $15 to fix them – since I received them Halloween weekend I didn’t exchange them.

Totally perfect! I had the matte black pair for about two or three years and they lasted me through many conventions and parties, but the heel and bottom fell off last year finally so I had to get a new pair. Went with the shiny black this time and they are amazing! I have skinny calves and they fit perfectly, no weird creases or slouching, they go up to a great height (I’m 5’9″ and my legs are pretty long) and they are soooo comfortable. I could walk confidently in these things all day. Totally worth the purchase.

I am usually a size 10 but I ordered a size up just in case and also for comfort. The quality is amazing and they feel good especially the heel height and arch support. The only negative thing I’d say is that they scuff easily but that’s to be expected with certain style of shoes. Other than that they are truly amazing boots.
