    As effective as medically prescribed…for much less than you co pay.

    Have only used once, but works well and is a better answer than one I had before that just seemed to always cycle to apply suction and then release too soon. This will work well to apply suction and you can either use this to “exercise” or in concert with a partner for play. I have not tried the sleeve, but it appears to work well as I applied suction to just the sleeve and it retracted strongly. This would be great for those that want to use when partially erect and who cannot get into a sleeve when somewhat or completely soft. It comes with different sized soft “collars” for a positive seal around the suction chamber. The mid sized worked well for me and it immediately applied some strong suction. Be careful with this!! Will be trying with wife soon.

    Back to my younger days

    It sucks

    This is better than the flimsy manual pump. The battery held a charge for a long time. I wanted a more “hands free” session and this really doesn’t do it for me because the mouth feature is too slow. On the lowest setting it releases the pressure and sucks quickly, but there is barely any movement. As you increase intensity the time it takes to release the pressure and start again takes even longer and ruins any momentum. You can bypass this on the pump suck setting and hit the pause button twice fast to depressue it and hit the left button fast to replicate the mouth feature with more force but pressing the buttons takes away from what should be a hands free session. This is has its uses but for a truly immersive hands free session this isn’t it. For actual medical use or fun couple play it seems fine.

    I usually don’t leave a review, but as good as this Product works. Im 52 my significant other she is 53 and wanted me to ask my doctor for something to help make my blood flow to my Penis.     Suction is strong and length is longer than most will ever need at around 9″ deep. Suction is so strong I can’t stand maximum and have to shut it off. My only complaint is the textured silicone sleeve gets sucked into the outer sleeve. I’ve figured out I can turn the outer end inside out and flip it over the outside of the hard plastic sleeve. This keeps it in place and prevents it from getting pulled inside for the most part. Pulse vacuum speed is too slow to get off. Have to use the manual vacuum and manual stroking

    It works as described.

    I experience ED due to diabetes. Ordered this pump to see if it would help and does help with blood flow for erection. I did find when extracting from the tube sleeve, after deflation, that it was slightly painfull but tolerable. Also, do not leave the tube sleeve on the device as it will reduce its ability to create suction. It would also be good for the vendor to sell replacement tube sleeves or recommend a source.

    Great for ED

    I’m in my 50’s and have diabetes. With that said, there’s times that I suffer from not staying hard. No matter how bad I want action, I’d feel frustrated because I couldn’t do anything with my wife. I’d do other things to please her and finish myself off. You get the gist of it, I’ve went through a lot to get to this point now. I just received this and used it today. It was easy to figure out myself (first time I have ever used one). It definitely worked excellent. And by excellent, I do mean EXCELLENT!!!!The suction was great, the hold was great and definitely will use again and again. Lol I’m planning an everyday thing to kinda fix myself. I will say, unlike our other toys, I had to use the charger that came with it, my other chargers wouldn’t work with it, although they all fit. So I didn’t want to use a thicker cord because it can cause and overload and/or ruin the thing. So, use the cord that it comes with.

    OMG I Love It Already!

    I have only been playing with this for 1 hour but I love it already. This is the second pump I bought, the first being one of the ones with a pressure gauge and a hand pump, and this product absolutely blows it away. There is no pressure gauge on this one, but honestly who needs it as long as it works well? The suction on this is easy to control and it doesn’t seem to be leaking. Thank you for including multiple sizes for the silicone rings. The flared shape of the base makes this very comfortable, which combined with the inserts make it so that this thing doesn’t try to painfully suck the balls in too. Basically it seems to be sucking just as hard as I need it to and in all the right places. Now, as good as the silicon inserts are, the pocket pussy insert is something that I am enjoying WAY more than I thought I would. Although there is no hole in the end of the pocket pussy, that does not seem to impact this thing’s ability to do its job. Using the pocket pussy, it just sucks me right in and cradles me in low pressure bliss. The feeling of being locked into this thing is powerful and indescribable. I couldn’t believe how much fluid had built up when I took myself out of it — everything was so swollen and big. Way better results than the manual pump.

    I have many pumps , from air to water . Pumps that were hand made to pumps that are high cost .     Never had one of these things before. But now that I have difficulty getting up without medicine helping, it was fun to play around with this device. The vacuum is pretty strong, and if you’re not careful (until you get fully erect) it can hurt. Easy does it. But this is no drawback. When you max out, you’ll want max vacuum. I doubt you could make a safe device with more vacuum. Sorry, the human body has limits.I like that you can get a vacuum going and then just hold it without effort. Once you reach max, you can just sit there with a good no-leak seal.I’ve used it as a toy, but not so much for supporting coitus. You can get yourself up and then quickly put on a c-ring to keep it without the vacuum. Unfortunately, I seem to deflate quickly – so you gotta be fast, or the ring doesn’t do the job to keep me going. I haven’t experimented with this mode enough to make a decision. This device is probabaly about as good of a performance-enhancer as you could find, in penis pumps.

    It’s feeling great

    I have this “toy” for 2 month. Everything works good and I have to say I am happy with it .It came with 3 different ring size, one of them too small for me.I like the different pressure that you can control and another future that goes off and on automatically. I advise all new users to read the instructions and try to learn all futures before using it on your tool, because the highest vacume pressure can be painful and may suck in your testicle.

    This product has very good suction.

    Good suction so you have to be careful it placement. And not to far down on your shaft or your other parts will get suck in. And can be painful if don’t stop and release the pressure. I haven’t use it a enough to notice any difference. In my size or performance. But hopefully it will. I also wish it came instructions or tips on how to use it best. I think that would be helpful.     I have had several of these and this one by far is the best. It is so strong on suction that you have to be careful with it. It will definitely get the job done. No pun intended!! I believe it will last a while as well because of the way it is made. Definitely better than the competition. And that is just the pump. The good part will absolutely blow your mind. Im just telling it the way it is and once again be careful because it has powerful suction.

    Great for solo play and works well to give your little friend a bit more size before intercourse. I will say the strongest setting can be a bit uncomfortable but simply hit the power button to stop it and turn it off to release the suction and you’re all good. The sucking feature feels great as well and is why I think it works great for solo play but can get a bit heavy after longer sessions.

    They sent me a letter in the mail stating they would send me an Amazon Gift Card for a 5 Star review. Since mine is in the trash now I’m going to give an honest review. I’m giving it 3 stars because it felt great and was fun to use alone or with my gf. However it only lasted a couple of weeks before the pocket p***y had a blowout on the side. Maybe it occurred due to user error. Maybe it’s a low quality product. I don’t know. It was a fun little novelty, first time, adult toy. But there was little to no instruction on how to use the thing. Oh well. Ive blown 40 bucks on worse purchases.

    This thing does work… it will suck it your blood to the area in question.Just one tip – the constant power will suck the silicone insert into the device. What a pain.     The only thing I didn’t like was after washing the silicone a few time it deteriorated..other then that I really liked it.

    Powerful Suction!

    For my first venture into the penis pump world, this device was top-notch and easy to use. Directions were written clearly, but it would be cool to have video instruction available. Just so we know that the guys are using this correctly. Once I figured it out, I got he results I wanted. Very good buy!

    Powerful motor!

    Best vacuum/sucking action I’ve experienced on a product such as this. Easy to clean: motor unit unscrews easily from the tube.Note: inside of the tube must be perfectly clean and dry to use the latex foam “realistic” orifice, or the latex foam unit will be sucked into the tube — quite easily! This tendency is the only drawback.

    My 1st toy!!

    Well, this is my 1st toy for me ever. always wanted to try one so i figured, why not. Ordered this and took a chance and ordered this one. i am VERY happy I did. Although it’s not necessary, it definitely was lots of fun to add it to our sex life. before this we had only used her toys. so the actual pump is plenty big enough for anyone. Suction power is awesome, andit add some length and girth for sure. i do recommend adding your own ring to keep its benefits for a prolonged time. good quality plastic, doesn’t feel cheap. I haven’t used the solo attachments yet, but i plan to, they are high quality though. overall for my 1st sex toy i defiantly recommend to anyone and everyone look for something like this. very pleased with the whole experience. easy order, fast shipping in a discreate package. and its a wonderful addition to the bedroom, either solo or with your partner. So, order one and go have some fun.

    I have to say that I thought was very well-made very durable. Very easy to use held charge for a very long time and quite honestly had a very strong suction and did not feel uncomfortable to use at all. I would recommend it to anyone to try.
