This is one of the more reliable exercise devices I’ve owned. It seems to be much more effective than water-based devices like Bath Mate, which I’ve used in the recent past; was left entirely unimpressed by its poor performance. The cylinder is of good quality and should last a long time under normal usage and care. By itself, the “Blush Performance” model(s) isn’t as good as it (they) could be straight out of the packaging.First of all, you’ll need to purchase accessories like the Blush Performance Advanced Universal Silicone Pump Sleeve to ensure a good seal while maintaining adequate suction along with an appropriately sized ring/device for your scrotum to keep the pump from sucking one of your testicles into the cylinder.Secondly, the plastic hand pump is too weak and feels like an amateur device more than a serious piece of equipment you can rely upon to help achieve your health goal(s). It couldn’t maintain any decent strength passed -5, and it seemed to loose suction too quickly. To resolve this issue, I replaced it with a steel-based negative suction piston; works so much better than anything that’s hard-plastic based.Overall, I am very satisfied with this product. It’s reliable and safe to use under normal circumstances as well as easy to keep clean and not too large to stow away in a decently safe place.

The product seals better than the last such device I used and it is not affected by water based lubricants. I have not tried silicone lubricants so I do not know about those. It is easy to pump and the pump disconnects from the end of the suction tube while the suction remains.As for customer service, the device arrived missing the seal. I sent a message to the company. The next day I received a nice e-mail apologizing for the error along with a tracking number for the seal. A few days later a package arrived with two seals inside. I call that great customer service.Both the product and the company made me a very happy customer.
