While I have a lot of practice with prostate stim, I did have to practice a bit to get this to work. It is not a passive toy that you insert and it does all the work like a vibrator does. It requires that the user be involved in the process to get it to hit just the right spot, and you will know when you do. If you relax and flex just the right internal muscles, you will be rewarded with gentle waves of pleasant feelings. These are difficult to sustain, but the rewards are wonderful. It does, however, take some practice. EDIT: The item I received did not have any detectable seams. The finish was slightly textured, but not rough. It is comfortable. I will buy it again instead of the overpriced brand name.

The media could not be loaded. It’s the perfect sized finger. All edges are smooth. Stays in easily. Finger loop gives added control. Great self prostate massage. This thing reminds me of my favorite prostate exam ever. Squeeze – relax – repeat = drooling, and not just from your mouth. Makes penile stimulation much more enjoyable. I bought these trying to learn how to massage my prostate. I’m still working on achieving this. this toy is similar to another brand, but cost less. It is easy to insert and wear for an extended period of time. I literally don’t have to touch it once inserted if I don’t want to. The knob / handle that extends down sometimes gets in the way, but also makes it easy to manually move around.
