What a great product for this price-point! At this price, I didn’t have high expectations, but wanted to give an around the neck sling a try with my wife as a position aid. So glad I took the chance on this one!Construction:The neck pad, leg pads, and two wrist cuffs are all made of what seems to be a neoprene material with stitched strapping around the edges to reinforce it. They all feel durable and comfortable due to the squishiness of the material. The neck pad is held onto the strap by two slightly elastic straps (for easier removal of the strap for cleaning.) The strap itself is made of a leather-like material with a softer underside It is stitched along the edges to reinforce it. when pulled from either side of the rivets. The strap has a little bit of stretch/give, but should be plenty sturdy for most applications. Even when stretched that way near the eyelets they stayed in place and the material bounced right back. There are a total of four intended connection points for the cuffs – two on the neck pad, and one near each buckle. The cuffs themselves have ample stitching rather than just being stitched onto the end with an X as some do. The hardware on the cuffs is decent and feels like it will hold up well overall.Comfort:The neoprene material of the pads is squishy and plenty soft even when pulled tight against the skin. The edging material is a little rougher, but my wife said she hadn’t even noticed. The straps feature 15 size adjustments allowing for a fairly wide range of sizes. She originally feared taking this off would pull the skin like a leather seat in the summer clings to the backs of legs – it does not. The leather material having a softer underside made the straps themselves super comfortable and glide along the skin instead of sticking to her thighs.Easy of use:So far we have only used it in the sling around the neck holding the thighs behind the knees configuration, which was easy enough to figure out and use right away. I will say that my wife is able to lift her legs further than the tightest setting to slip the neck pad off. If this was being used with someone with the intent on them being “fully bound and immobile” this might not be the best pick. However, as a positioning aid to reduce hip fatigue it is absolutely fabulous, and was the reason I picked this up in the first place. We are looking forward to trying some of the other positions this can be used in.Support:Inside the box was a slip of paper with an offer for a free extended warranty as well as a free gift (disclaimer: this is a newer product for the company and I am unsure how long this will be the case). If you are looking for immobilizing bondage gear, you may wish to look elsewhere. If you are looking for an inexpensive but useful position aid that can fit a wide range of sizes and be used in multiple positions – this nails it!

This product is great! We love the bondage part of it and it fits great. But that woman in that photo is very unrealistic, there is no way you can get your legs that high and hook them there. I’m fairly flexible and I can only get to the third one down hooking it to my feet. Husband loves it tho it’s super sexy.
