    Not exactly what was advertised

    Several things in the ad were misleading. First of all, The price ($21.95) was said to be 37% off the list price of $34.97. That is the price of the Premium Upgrade model. Second, it stated 6-hour battery run time, a feature exclusive to the Premium version. The color they said was hot pink, also exclusive to the premium model. All this led me to believe I was getting the Premium Upgrade on sale for $21.95. That’s not what I got. They sent me the basic model in light pink. Amazon can’t do anything but give me a refund and I reorder the Premium at the list price. I think I should get what they advertised for the price that was advertised. In all fairness, even the base model is great. Powerful, 8 speeds (hard to tell which one you’re on though), and 20 patterns. Better than anything I’ve had before but still I was misled and the only way to contact Luna Wellness is through this review. I’d love to see if they give a reply.

    The toy is very cute and seems very high quality especially for the price. However, I don’t prefer the vibration. I’m not sure if it’s the wider surface area or the vibration isn’t as strong and I prefer. Just wasn’t impressed.

    A review from a guy’s perspective…

    Most of the reviews you will read about this product have been written by ladies, which is totally understandable. But, if you’re a guy looking for another guy’s experience with this thing or you just want to read a man’s perspective, look no further.My wife and I have been together going on 15 years this year, and as far as the bedroom goes we have always had a fantastic and amazing relationship in that department. A good and attentive man will learn his woman and where to go on her to give her the pleasure she rightfully deserves. That being said, sometimes you just need to have a “quickie” and go about your busy day. There isn’t time for the “full production” every time. With that in mind I decided to look for something that could aid in those such cases. After all, our ladies shouldn’t have to sacrifice an O just because their lives are busy. After reading many interesting and sometimes comical reviews (after all, who better to seek advice from than other women), I purchased this product in May of last year. After almost a full year of occasional use I can give an honest review. Here’s what you need to know when thinking about buying this little helper…1. It’s a nice size – not gigantic like some wall-plugged lightsaber that requires two hands and a prayer to control.2. It is velvety smooth and made from this silk-like rubberized material that cleans up super easy with soap and water.3. It seems to hold a charge for a while – it just depends on how often you use it. We did have one occasion where it died mid-fun and I had to complete the job via ummm, lets just say “alternate means”. That was only because it had sat in my nightstand for like a month after we’d used it several times without recharging. Do yourself a favor and top it off every few uses.4. Speaking of charging, the cord is TINY and plugs into a USB port. When I put it on to charge off my desktop PC it literally dangled from the front of my PC. Probably not an issue for those without children (such as my wife and I) or those who don’t have lotsa company that comes to their house. However, if you do and don’t want them to see a sex toy dangling from that desktop PC in your computer nook or laying next to your laptop, you may want to look into a charging cord with a wall plug. I mean I suppose it would be a great conversation starter if they did see it…5. It comes with a bazillion vibration patterns, some of which actually made me laugh out loud. I don’t see how most of them would be anything other than funny or annoying. Just crank it up to a steady 11 and get it in the right spot. The vibration is surprisingly strong for something so small. It does its intended job well.5. Comes with a cheap but suitable travel sleeve. You’ll make it through TSA fine without the agent looking at you with “that look” when traveling. It’s small and easy to hide.Overall, for the price, it was a great buy and has been a welcome addition to my bedroom. We don’t use it all the time, but when she or I have things to do and my wife wants me to “massage her neck” in a hurry, this thing comes through with the save. It’ll do the same for you.

    Different use…

    I tried this item for its intended purpose but let’s just say the vibration level was a bit robust for me. Because of the shape, I decided to try it as a massager and it is great used on knotted shoulders and sore muscles. The travel on/off feature means I can take it with me when on my adventures and be prepared for the inevitable tired muscles. So while not what I originally purchased it for, it has worked out.

    I’ve never owned one of these. But my friends rave about em. Decided to buy this one due to good reviews and price. It did not disappoint. Charged pretty fast AND held a charge through several uses. It’s been a little over two weeks and I still haven’t had to charge it up. Several different settings to play with and super easy to clean. 🙌🏽Box it came in was also super cute. I’d say don’t hesitate to buy this. You won’t regret it.

    Noise

    I got the “premium” version a couple months ago and its doing great. My only complaint is that it is LOUD, like 2 pillows and a comforter don’t cover up the noise loud. The vibration is very strong and can honestly be very overstimulating and can even make you numb(although I’m a trans guy, so that may be a result of my body changing). The battery life is incredible, though. I use it a bunch and it takes forever for it to run out. I also think itd be helpful if the bridge between the lowest vibration and the next one up was a little shorter, the lowest vibration provides almost no feeling but when you go up its like 0-60. Its a great product though and i really enjoy it.

    Buy it! I’ve tried so many & this one is by the best!!

    After my favorite vibrator of 5 yrs got destroyed by my puppy, I went to buy it again, just to find out the business went out of business during Covid. I looked at several online reviews for top rate vibrators and dumped probably $500 in total on dif ones, all of which were not it. THIS ONE HOWEVER, is amazing!! And so affordable. I typically just use the normal constant vibrate setting. The strength setting has many different levels making it perfect for anyone but my FAVORITE THING about it is that it has this really easy to hit button at the very top that bumps up the strength for a short period of time. I Love this feature and hit it right before the O. Absolutely amazing, highly recommend. Also the BATTERY lasts sooo long. I’ve had this for over a month (and use it often) and it still has half battery left and I’ve only charged it once, right when I got it.

    I have currently owned this vibrator for about 2-3 years and it will still amazingly get the job done. It is my favorite vibrators I have truly ever used and will continue to use. Due to it being so small, it fits perfectly in my hand and I don’t have to double wield it and then risk my arms getting tired. I will say, I prefer this over the Magic Wand (on the right for size comparison) or any other brand, which I own 6 different brands 🤫😶😶. It feels perfect and is also delicate so you don’t have that numb/stinging feeling after finishing again and let’s you keep going for hours on end. Now, compared to the Magic Wand, that has a lot more power, but I still prefer the Luna as it’s quiet and it still can go really fast and still feels nice. It also is amazing to clean, using toy cleaner, and I notice no wear and tear on the exterior. I will say that I believe the battery life does drain faster for me. I say this as I have used this toy, possibly for every month in the last 2-3 years, so you got to expect some life drainage. But it can still last me 3-5 10-20 sessions so I say that’s a win on my end. If you don’t know what vibrator to use and you think you should pour a Buttload of money into a name brand (I.E Magic Wand or Hitachi) just know that at the end of a stressful day, I will always reach for my favorite purple underdog :)Update: Welp , old Betsy died a couple weeks back and it was very sad to see 🙁 but I finally got a new one and I feel like it’s still worth the money 👍🏻

    A little underwhelming

    I bought this thinking it would be a “magic wand” sort of dupe, but I personally don’t think it’s thst powerful. My biggest complaint is that when pushijg buttons, it alternates between all the strengths and patterns. If I just want to increase the constant speed, there’s no way to do that. If you accidentally press the button too many times and pass the option you want, you have to keep pressing the button and cycle all the way back through again. I wish there were separate buttons for the speed and pattern.

    Very helpful for someone with anxiety

    My wife struggles a lot with severe anxiety and OCD. Combined with some sexual trauma, intimacy can sometimes be hard for us. There are a lot of things that can put the breaks on us being close. She doesn’t like letting me work on her because she gets self-conscious or worries about me. She also has some sensations that may feel too familiar and can trigger her.With that in mind, I’ve been looking around for things that can help her out. I wanted very desperately to find some way that I could help her that wouldn’t add to her worries. When this vibrator showed up in the mail, she was kind of worried because she felt like using a vibrator would make her a selfish person. After some reassurance, she finally agreed to try it out and it was an immediate success.Now it’s become something of a ritual for us. About every other night we sit down to watch a cooking show and we snuggle while I buzz her. There’s no expectation of anything more than a relaxing massage, minimal work on my part, and nothing immediate for her to worry about. As far as the product goes, my wife describes the sensation as VERY stimulating in all the right ways – unlike any other sensation she’s felt, which is very helpful for those who have a lot of triggers.I was honestly very unsure what to expect when I bought this, but it’s been much more helpful than I can describe. I bought it in August and it’s been nothing but a good experience. Also, from the perspective of a guy, I was lowkey worried that this would replace me and I would become irrelevant in the bedroom. In hindsight, that was really dumb. If anything, I’m getting just as much out of it as she is! This is one of the few things I’ve bought on Amazon that I have zero regrets about.

    Overall great, but it overheats.

    Overall this works fantastic, however anytime I’ve recharged it at all it tends to overheat the next time I use it. Having a burning hot vibrator right in such a sensitive area is dangerous and concerning. Not sure what the solution to this would be other than looking for a different option. My only other complaint would be that it isn’t as silent as it’s advertised to be.

    Good addition to your lineup

    I have to start out with how nice I thought the packaging was for this massager. It has a soft fabric pouch for it so you can keep all the charging parts and items together. I appreciate this since sometimes I tend to lose the chargers for the items and once it runs out of the initial charge it comes with, I am at trying to find a charger that is compatible.The texture of this one is very soft to the touch, velvety like. It was all black and has a light indicator to guide for the intensity of the vibrations. I had never seen that before and it was a nice touch. The vibration modes are awesome and the most I’ve seen so far. However, when you click on one of the modes, it starts out on one mode and then switches to another one after about 30 seconds or so. I’m not sure how I feel about that option/non-option. I like that you are ‘surprised’ in the switch over, but, sometimes when you are in the zone and things get switched up, you can lose that zone. So that may be frustrating. The vibration strength was really great and so was the size. The loudness/sound was also a plus for me since these little wonders can actually be very loud for their size. This one has a soft purr sound (not too loud but not too soft either). It’s easy to use alone or by itself which is another good point. I did find that this massager had a long hold to turn it on (but maybe it was just me.) and the on/off button is NOT the first button from the shiny top. It’s actually the second button. I thought that was an unusual spot for an on/off button, since you can easily mistaken it as a mode button and switch it off by mistake.Overall, this is a nice addition to any toys you may have. It’s easy to use and fun to enjoy. I would encourage anyone to buy this one!

    honestly this thing will ✨take you there✨ it’s powerful on its high settings but comfy on the low ones if you’re a beginner and has a ton of different modes to try out. the battery life is also INSANE it has consistently lasted >4 hours. i got mine a little over a year ago and it’s starting to break but it’s so inexpensive i’m not even mad to have to buy a new onei just got my new wand and there’s no intuitive memory. not a disaster, but not ideal

    Worked great until it didnt

    **Update:** Ava customer service promptly responded to my feedback offering an apology for the issues, and a full refund for the product.Bought this wand about two weeks or so ago, and at first it worked great. I make sure the battery is out before I recharge it and leave it until the lights indicate it’s fully recharged. To my disappointment this second charge proved to be in effective. The motor is already wearing out, and isn’t running well on its higher settings. Apply any pressure to the head to of the wand and the motor begins to run even slower. Prior to this I had a history of owning the Shibari Mini Halo which did the job just fine, and even up until it’s untimely demise had no issues. For added context, I prefer the higher settings on devices, and the Mini Halo could comfortably run at its highest setting off an extended period of time without motor issues. I took the jump to try something else since I was unable to find the Mini Halo available online at the time, and regret taking the jump.This device is ironically labeled premium, and while the features are nice they’re a little awkward. There’s a million settings (more like 20) for the Morse code vibrations, and if you accidentally press the button that changes the steady vibration to one of them, it’s going to be an awkward journey to get back to your original setting. There is a fourth button on this device that allows you to go to the maximum vibration setting, which in theory is great, but doesn’t do much when the motor of your vibrator begins to fail. The button settings seem a little awkward, and while I think the fourth button is an interesting feature of just makes this vibrator more of a hassle than I’d like it to be.Its a shame, I was really hoping this would be a good replacement. Historically, the wands I have purchased lasted a hundredfold compared to this for around the same price. From other reviews, it seemed like a great product, but I’m not sure it’s met the mark in this experience.

    This is a pretty decent vibrator that has a good amount of different settings and speeds. It came very nicely packaged as well and is a nice design. I love that it has a light indicator for when you are using it in the dark especially. It’s a super smooth texture and comfortable to hold in your hand. It can be very strong so I tend to use it on the low settings and it works just fine. It’s not my favorite I’ve ever used but it does the job and its great for the price especially.     EDITING AGAIN: I got my second one in blue, and I was surprised to find a noticeable difference in quality. The massaging head is much more solid than the lavender one I purchased first. The blue one was $3 more. They are marketed as the same item, just in a different color, but the quality differences are obvious.EDIT: Dropping one star because the battery life isn’t great.I had a former vibrator that I was semi-satisfied with, one of the rabbit types, but it didn’t give me quite enough specialized pressure on the clitoris. Anyway it died and to replace it, I came on to this. THIS. IS EVERYTHING. You can hit so many specialized points with full control of pressure. My former didn’t give me that—I was at it’s floppy mercy and had to improvise with manual assistance. This one has amazing surface area. You can go as wide or intricate as you want. Gentle intensity to ‘I’m not kidding around’ intensity. Personally I need that versatility. You can tweak this SO many ways to get the exact pressure point you need, and you can use both sides for different purpose.This thing is ergonomical. So easy to grip and manipulate.I immediately bought a second one to serve as a backup. That good.And yes, mine did come with a charging cable. DC on one end, USB on the other. The entrance point for the DC end of the cable might confuse some people. You would normally expect an open hole to plug in your charging jack, but Technology these days makes it so that the jack port is sealed with a thick silicone skin, so that you can plug in the charging prong without breaking the silicone. First time I tried, I was sure I was going to puncture the silicone, but nope, it took the prong easily and the silicone layer allowed it to fully insert, and take an efficient charge.I can’t remark on long-term durability and performance yet, but the design, power, and versatility makes this a no-brainer to buy, especially at such an affordable cost.

    Pros: Feels high quality and came with a nice storage bag. Plenty of different vibration variations and intensities, though I do wish that there was more of a “rumble” in the vibration. It feels almost too smooth. Has an amazing battery life.Cons: This thing is LOUD! There is no hiding when it is on. By intensity 4 it drowns out my TV. My husband said its like there is a V8 motor running when its on the highest setting.It gets the job done, but I much prefer my plusOne over this one. Do not recommend if you need to be discreet.

    Meh

    I bought a wand on Amazon about 2 years ago, it was only $9, so I didn’t expect it to last long or do well. I was right about one thing, it didn’t last long. But man it did VERY WELL. So when it came time to get a new one, I decided I’d “treat” myself and go for a nicer, more expensive brand. Ehhhh…. It’s not that great and I’m highly highly disappointed. The vibrations are too fine, if that makes any sense. And I can ve very much in the mood, and VERY much ready… But I’ve yet to have any fulfillment with this massager without having to find an odd angle and by then it’s mediocre at best.Is it pretty? Yes. Does it have a smooth feel? Yes. Offer many various patterns? Sure. But worth it? No.I guess I’ll be re-purchasing that $9 massager!! 😩

    Charger

    My charger broke and ordered a new one exactly like the broken one. I can’t get the end piece all the way inside the wand. Any suggestions would be helpful. I looked to see if anything was inside the charging hole and didn’t see anything.

    My favorite 😍

    I absolutely love this “massager”! This has amazing power being smaller and I definitely appreciate that. It isn’t the smallest, but still easy to take with me if needed. The patterns are nice and I like how you can change the speed for each. It comes with a carrying bag that helps keep it discreet and that’s always a plus!

    Loud but amazing

    Everything is exactly what I was looking for except that this thing is totally loud af lol! As soon as I opened the box I turned it on to see how quiet it would be and I’ve never fumbled around so fast to turn something back off in my life! The lowest vibration setting isn’t too bad but I don’t think I’ll be able to use it higher than that unless I’m home alone lol

    Weak, too many buttons

    The stellar reviews from many make me wonder if some are really just THAT sensitive, or if it’s because of the free promo they get for leaving a good review – which is very deceitful if you ask me.It’s cute, lightweight and smaller than my current one – to be honest, I only bought this because I couldn’t find the charger for my one that’s actually good, so at least it came with that, thanks.It has too many modes and buttons , I personally don’t think there’s a need for half of them but hey, at least the options there.Maybe it’s just too weak for me compared to what I’m used to, but this could be a good beginner or starter wand for someone who’s never ever touched one before. It’s not a total loss for me however, because it is VERY quiet to the point where it’s almost silent, so I’d feel more comfortable taking this out with me than my other toy.Again, this one is probably good if you don’t flick the bean as much as I do, but honestly it just isn’t that strong.

    Not quiet!

    I’m only giving three stars because it soooo LOUD!!! Lol outside of that I love the variety of options it has. Recommend if you live alone or with your partner but not with noisy kids or roommates 🤦‍♀️🙄

    Fun quick trip

    It gets the job done and I love the the no cord because you never know if you have an outlet close enough or just need a quick shower massage (^; but it only lasts about 30-40 minutes so it’s not ideal if you plan to use it longer. The vibration starts to get less powerful around the time it will start to die. For the price though, it’s fair.
